Delivery Policy

All jewellery (except Make Your Own Kits) is sent special delivery by royal mail and will require a signature on arrival. We will notify you when your items are being sent. We cannot be hald responsible for any items that are lost in the post (although over 2000 have been sent and no problems yet). All special delivery items are fully insured up to the value of the items enclosed. 

 

Payment Policy

Payment for all items must be made in advance of items being made and shipped. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or paypal.

 

Returns Policy

As pieces are all made to order we cannot accept returns except where a piece is faulty. In the unlikely event the piece is faulty please contact us to arrange return. We will then repair or replace the faulty item as quickly as possible.

 

Vouchers and Competition Policy

Vouchers are redeemable for 12 months from the date of purchase. Competition winners must claim their prize withing 28 days of being notified of winning.

 

Customer Privacy Policy

We do not store any payment information and all customer details are stored only on a personal computer and harddrive and password protected. We will never share your details with any other companies and will only use them to contact you by email or post of any products or promotions we think may be of interest. If you would prefer we did not do this please just send an email through to us at info@horsehairs.co.uk letting us know. 

 

Workmanship Guarantee

All pieces made by HorseHairs come with a 1 year guarantee against faulty workmanship. We keep a record of all orders so if you feel there is a problem within this time simply give us a call or drop us an email and we will arrange to repair or replace your jewellery. Please note our workmanship guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear to braided components of our pieces.
